Haruki's wife, Haruki's loneliness for her husband, who devotes himself to work and neglects his family, ends up having a physical relationship with his brother-in-law, Katsumi. As she meets with her only once a week, Haruki's feelings of guilt for her husband gradually change into her love for Katsumi. One day, Katsumi decided to go abroad for work reasons.
