The helpers featured in this work receive contact from registered helper stations and home-visit nursing offices, and go to the user's home to provide nursing care services. However, there is no end to the staff who quit because the harsh physical labor is not accompanied by wages. Sexual harassment from people requiring nursing care is a problem that has become a problem in recent years, especially among female home helpers and caregivers, although it rarely comes to the surface like wage issues. Acts such as touching the body are a daily occurrence, and helpers in a weak position who do not have a decent salary will not be protected by anyone even if they are sexually harassed.
